Exchange Policy

We will only exchange a size if the items we have shipped to you does not fit.

All items eligible for exchange must be in its original form, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

All items must be free of stains, body odor, makeup, deodorant and returned to Jaymani Scrubs & More within 7 days upon receiving your package. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the exchange process.

Please be aware that all Sale items, or promotional items are nonexchangeable and is FINAL SALE.

Please include a note with the size you desire and the order to better serve you.

Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after your items has been delivered to us.

Jaymani Scrubs & More is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage in order to file claim with the mailing agency.
